We have two public meeting spaces, the Nella Grimm Fox Room (capacity 173) and the Small Meeting Room, which seats up to 10 at a conference table. Both are available free of charge, and either can be equipped with videoconferencing equipment.

New users are asked to review our policies for booking the space.

Please note that completing a reservation form does not guarantee that the room will be available for the date and time that you are requesting. Expect to hear back within one week. To check on room availability first please consult our online calendar or call the library at 773-1860. If you have a question, please email our our assistant director.
