PLEASE NOTE: We are simultaneously reopening our public spaces and planning programming. To give Library staff a chance to get programs up and running, we will be allowing users to book space in the Fox and Small Meeting Rooms up to one month in advance.

We have two public meeting spaces, the Nella Grimm Fox Room (capacity 173) and the Small Meeting Room, which seats up to 10 at a conference table. Both are available free of charge, and either can be equipped with videoconferencing equipment.

New users are asked to review Meeting Room Policy 2021 for booking the space.

Please note that completing a reservation form does not guarantee that the room will be available for the date and time that you are requesting. Expect to hear back within one week.
